I bought a folding project display board from Office Depot since a poster board was too flimsy and didn’t have enough room for all I wanted.

I printed and laminated pictures of the General Authorities and auxiliaries from the lds.org newsroom and added names to the bottom of each picture. I put a circle of Velcro on each back.

I made pockets for each group, dividing the Quorum of the Twelve into two pockets. (I should’ve made 3-4 pockets for the Q of 12 because with the Velcro on the back, they are thick.)

When each person spoke, Andrew found their picture on the left. I directed him to “look in the yellow pockets” or would lay a few on the ground for him to pick the picture of the person on the TV. Then he stuck their picture to the Velcro above the pulpit.

When the speaker sat down, Andrew put them “in their seat” below the pulpit. The First Presidency and Quorum of the 12 sit in order. The 12 seats at the bottom are for anyone else -- we sat them in order of when the spoke.

Drawing directly on the board didn’t work very well, so I drew those chairs on paper, cut them out and crayoned in the red.

I will be making some “blanks” for members of the Quorum of the Seventy who speak because there are too many of them to print pictures of.

I’ll be adding a picture with arrows on the left of the pulpit for Saturday or Sunday and morning or afternoon sessions.

To the right of the pulpit I’ll put a conversation bubble for pictures of what they are speaking about.

This top section is for music.

I printed pictures of all the organists and conductors. They have blue pockets on the left and a Velcro circle above the organ and music stand on the right.

I left a space below the organ & choir for pictures of people we know in the choir.

The bottom section is for our family.

I’ll make a title like “In Attendance” or something. I ran out of Velcro circles, but Jon and I have pictures for our chairs, too.

I had a lot of fun making this and can’t wait to finish it for next time!
